This policy explains the standards that guide our work, the responsibilities of clients, our payment and refund terms, confidentiality rules, academic integrity position, and service delivery process.

By booking a service, purchasing a digital product, making payment, or communicating with Trendicomz Consults International, the client agrees to follow this company policy.

Scope of Services

Trendicomz Consults International provides the following services:

Research consultation — Including research topic development, proposal guidance, methodology support, literature review direction, research design support, and academic project planning.

Data analysis services — Including questionnaire coding, data cleaning, SPSS analysis, Excel analysis, descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, charts, tables, interpretation of results, and Chapter Four support.

Academic writing support — Including editing, proofreading, restructuring, formatting, referencing, literature organisation, discussion support, and academic coaching.

Training and workshops — Including research methods training, data analysis training, academic writing training, digital literacy, AI literacy, and other professional development programmes.

Digital learning products — Including research templates, proposal guides, thesis structure packs, SPSS reporting guides, academic writing toolkits, and research learning materials.

Section 3

Academic Integrity Policy

Trendicomz Consults International supports ethical academic development. Our services are designed to guide, train, coach, edit, analyse, and support clients in improving their research and academic work.

We do not support academic dishonesty, impersonation, examination malpractice, plagiarism, falsification of data, or submission of purchased work as original student work.

All digital products, templates, sample proposals, model projects, and research guides sold on our website are provided strictly for learning, research guidance, formatting support, academic structure support, methodological understanding, and data analysis reporting guidance.

Clients must not submit purchased templates, model work, or sample materials as their own original academic work.

Trendicomz Consults International reserves the right to reject or discontinue any request that appears to involve cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, false data generation, or academic misconduct.

Section 4

Client Responsibility Policy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information needed for their service. This may include assignment briefs, supervisor comments, research objectives, questionnaires, raw data, institutional guidelines, marking rubrics, referencing style requirements, deadline information, and ethical approval requirements where applicable.

Trendicomz Consults International will not be responsible for poor outcomes caused by incomplete instructions, late submission of materials, unclear requirements, or changes introduced by the client after work has started.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing delivered work and requesting corrections within the approved revision period.

Section 5

Booking Policy

Clients may book services through the website, WhatsApp, email, phone call, or approved company channels. A booking is confirmed only when the client submits the required service details, the company confirms the scope of work, the client makes the required deposit or full payment, and the company confirms the timeline and delivery terms.

A booking is not considered active until at least 50% of agreed fee payment has been received and confirmed.

Section 6

Payment Policy

Trendicomz Consults International accepts payment through approved methods such as bank transfer, online card payment, and other approved payment channels.

For service-based work, the company may request full payment before commencement, or a non-refundable deposit before commencement, with balance paid before final delivery.

For digital products, payment must be completed before access or download is granted. All service charges are based on the complexity, urgency, length, technical demand, and expected delivery time of the client's request.

Section 7

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled fairly but must follow company conditions.

Refunds may be considered where: - The company is unable to start the service. - The company cancels the service before work begins. - A duplicate payment is made by the client. - The wrong digital product is purchased because of a clear website error.

Refunds will not usually apply where: - The client changes their mind after work has started. - The client fails to provide required information on time. - The client gives incorrect instructions. - The client has already downloaded a digital product. - The client requests work that violates academic integrity rules. - The service has already been delivered according to the agreed scope. - The delay was caused by the client's late response or late submission of materials.

Where a refund is approved, the company may deduct transaction charges, administrative costs, and the value of work already completed.

Section 8

Revision Policy

Trendicomz Consults International allows reasonable revisions where the request falls within the original agreed scope.

A revision may be accepted where: - The delivered work does not follow the original instruction. - A minor correction is required. - The client provides feedback within the agreed revision period. - The requested correction is consistent with the approved service scope.

A revision may attract extra charges where: - The client changes the topic or objectives. - The client provides new instructions after delivery. - The client requests additional analysis not previously agreed. - The client changes the referencing style after work has started. - The client requests urgent rework outside the original scope.

Revision requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless a different timeline was agreed in writing.

Section 9

Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines are agreed based on the nature and complexity of the service. Trendicomz Consults International will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed timeline.

However, delivery may be affected where the client delays in sending materials, the client changes instructions, the client submits unclear data, the client delays payment, there are technical issues with files, payment platforms, or communication channels, or the work requires additional review due to complexity.

Final files may be delivered through email, WhatsApp, cloud link, website dashboard, or any other agreed method.

Section 10

Digital Product Policy

Digital products sold by Trendicomz Consults International include templates, guides, toolkits, model structures, research planning documents, and learning materials.

Digital products are for personal learning and professional development only. They must not be resold, copied, redistributed, uploaded publicly, or submitted as original academic work.

Because digital products are accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed, except where there is a confirmed technical error or wrong product delivery caused by the company.

Section 11

Confidentiality Policy

Trendicomz Consults International treats client information as confidential. Client data, project details, research documents, academic files, datasets, supervisor comments, and personal information will not be shared with unauthorised third parties.

Client information may only be used for delivering the requested service, communicating with the client, processing payment, preparing invoices or receipts, improving service quality, and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.

The company will not publicly disclose client work without consent.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

Section 13

File Handling Policy

Clients are expected to submit files in readable and accessible formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, Google Forms export, SPSS files, images where necessary, PowerPoint, and other agreed formats.

Trendicomz Consults International may reject files that are corrupted, unreadable, unsafe, infected, incomplete, or unrelated to the agreed service.

Clients should keep backup copies of all files submitted. The company is not responsible for loss of original files stored only with Trendicomz Consults International.

Communication Policy

Official communication may take place through website contact, email, WhatsApp, phone call, social media business pages, and approved company representatives.

All clients are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally. Abusive language, threats, harassment, or dishonest behaviour may lead to cancellation of service without refund.

The company will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly during working hours. Urgent services may attract additional charges.

Ethical Data Analysis Policy

Trendicomz Consults International supports ethical and honest data analysis. The company does not encourage false data manipulation, fake responses, dishonest statistical reporting, or deliberate alteration of findings to suit a preferred outcome.

Where simulated data is requested for learning, classroom practice, demonstration, or training, it must be clearly identified as simulated data and must not be presented as real field data.

For real research projects, clients are responsible for collecting data ethically and obtaining necessary permissions, consent, or ethical approval where required.

Intellectual Property Policy

All templates, guides, training materials, digital products, website content, and branded resources produced by Trendicomz Consults International remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use purchased materials for personal learning or internal use only. They may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or claim company materials as their own.

For client-specific work, the client receives usage rights after full payment has been made. However, Trendicomz Consults International may retain internal records for quality control, compliance, and service improvement.

Section 17

Training and Workshop Policy

Participants who register for training or workshops are expected to attend on time and follow all participation rules.

Training fees must be paid before access is granted unless otherwise agreed. Training materials shared during workshops are for participant use only and must not be resold or redistributed.

Certificates may be issued only to participants who meet the attendance and participation requirements of the training programme.

Section 18

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service request before work begins. Where work has already started, cancellation may attract deductions based on the level of work completed.

Trendicomz Consults International may cancel a service where the request violates academic integrity rules, the client refuses to provide necessary information, the client fails to make payment, the client behaves abusively, the project involves unlawful or unethical activity, or the company is unable to continue due to unavoidable circumstances.

Where the company cancels a service before work begins, the client may be eligible for a refund.

Section 19

Limitation of Liability

Trendicomz Consults International will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality service. However, the company does not guarantee specific academic grades, institutional approval, publication acceptance, scholarship success, business funding, or supervisor acceptance.

Final academic, business, institutional, or professional outcomes depend on several factors beyond the company's control, including institutional standards, client input, supervisor expectations, assessment rubrics, and client use of delivered materials.

The company is not liable for penalties, rejection, failure, or disciplinary action caused by client misuse of materials, late submission, academic misconduct, or failure to follow institutional rules.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Trendicomz Consults International provides services without discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, social background, age, or educational status.

The company is committed to respectful, inclusive, and professional service delivery.

Section 21

Website Use Policy

Users of the Trendicomz Consults International website agree not to hack, damage, or disrupt the website; use false identity or false payment information; upload harmful files or malware; copy website content without permission; misuse digital products; submit unlawful or unethical service requests; or use the website for fraud or academic misconduct.
